DWARKA – Porbandar - Somnath

Morning have your breakfast and leave to explore dwarka. Start by paying a visit to Dwarkadhish Temple, a pilgrimage temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. and also by visiting nageshwar jyotirling , Gopi talav, Bet dwarka, and while returning visit rukhmani temple and in evening we will continue our journey to Somnath VIA Porbandar.

Bet Dwarka

Also known as Bet Shankhoddar, Bet Dwarka is only 5 kms from Okha Junction in sea and Okha is 30 kms from Dwarka. It is said to be the place where Lord Krishna lived with his family when the ruled at Dwarka. It is also the place where Vishnu slew the demon Shankhasura. Visitors make it a point to visit the Krishna temple at this site which holds much of interest to be seen and experienced.

Nageswar Mahadev

The Puranas mention 12 Jyotirlingas or columns of light representing Lord Shiva, who manifested himself in that form in different parts of India. This shiva shrine near Dwarka is one of these and is there- fore accorded great respect.

Rukmani Temple

Temple of Lord Krishna’s wife,
Depart to Porbandar (75km/1.5hrs) at Porbandar visit Kirti Mandir – the place where Gandhiji was born. Later proceed to Somnath (130km/2.5hrs). In the evening attend Aarti and later watch light and Sound show. Overnight stay at the Somnath hotel.

Somnath - DIU

Morning breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to explore Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Tirth.
Later proceed for Diu, visit of Diu Fort & beach. The fort has canons, which reminds one of the struggles between bahadur Shah, Sultan of Gujrat, Mughal emperor & the Portuguese. Later visit Diu includes the famous St.Paul Church which is founded by Jesuits, Diu Museum which is collection of wooden carving, idols, shadow clocks & so many other items. Overnight in Diu hotel.

Diu – Sasangir

Today, Check-out from the Hotel in Diu. Proceed to Sasangir. "The Gir Forest National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary", near talala Gir. Visit Devaliya Safari Park. you can go for a Forest Safari in Passenger Bus. You must take permits for Safari in Gir National Park. For Permits visit www.girlion.in an official website for online permits. Overnight stay at the Sasangir Hotel.

Sasangir – Ahmedabad

Today, check-out from the hotel after having your breakfast. Proceed to Ahmedabad. Drop at Airport / Station. Trip ends with the memories to cherish for the lifetime.
